Account & Registration

Registering an ace365 account is simple and takes less than 2 minutes. Click the "Register" at the top of the page, enter your phone number or email, choose a strong password, and verify your account via the OTP sent to your phone. Once verified, your account is immediately active and ready to use.

You must be 18 years and above to register and use the ace365 platform. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived. ace365 enforces a strict minor protection policy and reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.

No. Each individual is only permitted to have one account only at ace365. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of the terms of service and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of balances. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, please contact our support team for assistance.

Log in to your account and go to the Profile > Account Verification. Upload a photo of your identity card (MyKad) — front and back — along with a selfie holding the identity card. The verification process is usually completed within 1 to 24 hours. KYC is required before your first withdrawal to ensure the security of all members.

Go to Account Settings > Personal Information and select the option to update your phone number or email. This process requires additional identity verification to protect your account. Changes will be processed within 1 to 24 hours after verification is received.

Deposit & Withdrawal
