1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ace365 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and ace365 (the platform). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our services.

Ace365 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform members of any major changes via in-platform notifications or registered email.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use ace365 services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not a resident or citizen of any country that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• Never having a previously suspended or banned ace365 account.
• Registering with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information.
• Not representing any third party or registering on behalf of another individual.

Ace365 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Required documents may include a valid national ID, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

3. Member Account

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. This includes all wagering, financial transactions, and communications made using your login credentials.

Ace365 provides a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for users in Malaysia, including online banking, FPX, e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost), DuitNow QR, and USDT crypto.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for most payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.

• All deposits and withdrawals must use a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement (betting turnover) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• The 150% Welcome Bonus is subject to a 25x rollover requirement on the total deposit plus bonus amount.

• The outcome of all games is final and may not be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, ace365 will review server records to determine the valid outcome.
• Bets placed during network disruptions or connectivity issues on the player's end are entirely the member's responsibility.
• Ace365 uses a random number generator (RNG) certified by an independent third party to ensure the fairness of all games.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace365 platform and may result in permanent account suspension or closure, as well as legal action where applicable:

9. Limitation of Liability

• Damage caused by computer viruses or malware unrelated to the ace365 system.
• Losses arising from a member's decision to trust an unauthorised third party.

The maximum liability of ace365 under any circumstances is limited to the balance available in the member's account at the time the claim is made. ace365 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, though we strive to minimise downtime.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Ace365 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Account closure requests submitted by the member through official support channels.

If an account is suspended or closed due to a terms violation, ace365 reserves the right to withhold any balance or wins associated with the violating activity. For accounts closed at the member's own request with no violations, any valid balance will be returned once all verifications are completed.
